  • 1 scoop Quest® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray two ramekins with cooking spray.
3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the almond milk and chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir well.
