Are you ready for a #CrunchClean version of the classic comfort food!? This delicious Quest Meatloaf #15SecondRecipe is scrumptiously packed with protein and makes for a fantastic healthy dish!

Ingredients:

1 pound 90% lean ground beef

3 green onions, sliced

1⁄2 cup bagged shredded carrot

1⁄2 cup chunky salsa

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 egg

2 Bags Quest BBQ Chips, crushed

2 tablespoons Hot Sauce (Optional- or you could just use more salsa)

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, smoosh with

hands or a fork the beef, green onion, carrot, salsa and garlic salt until well combined. Wash hands and

stir in the egg and Quest Chips. Spoon into the loaf pan and press to flatten. Spread hot sauce across

the top. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until cooked through.
