Let your taste buds jump into a sweet & salty wonderland! These Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel Cheesecake Snickerdoodle Cookies by @fitpbqueen (Shelby Snyder) are a healthy, delicious bite to remember.
1 scoop (28g) Salted Caramel Quest Nutrition Protein Powder
1/2 serving (4g) sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup (120g) canned pumpkin
1/2 tablespoon (7g) cinnamon chips
Drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup
1 tablespoon honey pecan cream cheese
3 packets sweetener mixed with a pinch of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients, adding the cinnamon chips in last. Spoon batter on a greased cookie sheet (however big or small you want your cookies! I get 10-12). Place a small amount of cream cheese in the center of each cookie. Then generously sprinkle the cinnamon and sweetener mixture over the cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Eat the whole batch because you can!
