Get your pancake fix with a sweet & salty stack of awesome. These Quest Nutrition Salted Caramel Pancakes are screaming “make me now!”

- 1 serving Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 oz unsweetened applesauce
- 2 jumbo egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
In a food processor – blend the dry ingredients (first 4) then add the wet ingredients & blend thoroughly. Heat griddle or frying pan over medium heat. I used a bit of coconut oil so they wouldn’t stick. Brown both sides & enjoy the deliciousness.
