1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cups ice
2 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
½ teaspoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tablespoon toasted coconut, divided
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and toasted coconut. Blend until thick and creamy (about 20 seconds).
- Pulse in chocolate chips and ½ tablespoon of the toasted coconut.
- Pour into two glasses and sprinkle remaining toasted coconut on top, and serve.
