The perfect #CheatClean snack for red velvet lovers. High protein, low carb, and filled with delicacy. Recipe by Kimberly C.
- 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
- 3 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
- 1 TBSP vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp CocoCardio
- 1 stevia packet
Preheat the oven to 350F. Microwave the Quest Bar for 10 seconds. Flatten and manipulate to fit inside of a sprayed 4oz ramekin. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Let cool and pop out easily with a knife. Mix the plain Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein, CocoCardio, and stevia packet. CocoCardio gives it the red velvet taste and color. Add the red velvet mix in your cup. Sprinkle on some raw cacao nibs. Devour!
