Ingredients

SALSA VERDE MOZZARELLA STICKS

  • 5 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved
  • 1 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 bag Quest Salsa Verde Chips, finely crushed
  • Salsa verde sauce for dipping (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the flour, egg, and chips in their own shallow bowls. Cover each cheese stick in flour and then coat in egg.
  3. Add each egg coated cheese stick to the chip bowl and toss to cover in crushed chips.
  4. Place the mozzarella stick on the baking sheet.
  5. Repeat until you have used all the ingredients.
  6. Bake the mozzarella sticks for 6-7 minutes and the cheese is softened.
  7. Serve immediately with salsa verde sauce.
