Ingredients
QUESTIFIED BIRTHDAY MUG CAKE
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp zero calorie sweetener
- Pinch baking powder
- Pinch salt
- Dash vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sprinkles
- 1 tbsp melted butter, cooled
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 Quest Birthday Cake Bar, chopped 1 tbsp almond milk
Method
- Prepare a mug with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In a bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, vanilla and sprinkles.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and egg and then add to the dry mixture and combine.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chopped Quest Bar and milk and microwave on high for 12-15 seconds.
- Stir until smooth and then fold into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared mug and microwave on high for 45 seconds-1 minute.
- Flip the cake out onto a plate and serve or eat directly from the mug.
