8 tablespoons butter (softened)
½ cup zero calorie sweetener (powdered)
2 tablespoons almond milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon salt
- In a mini blender, blend Quest Bar® into a powder.
- In a large bowl combine the butter and powdered Quest Bar® and beat until light and fluffy. Add the salt, almond milk, and vanilla and beat to combine. Add the powdered zero-calorie sweetener and Quest® Protein Powder and beat until light and fluffy.
- Pipe buttercream onto desired food.
