Mix them together, microwave and voila! It’s a simple, scrumptious cake in a mug packed with 16g of protein!

Ingredients:

1½ tablespoons Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

1 tablespoon zero-calorie sweetener

3 tablespoons egg whites

1 tablespoon coconut flour

1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted

 

Method:

1. Spray a small microwave-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients in another bowl until smooth.

3. Pour into bowl and microwave 1 minute 15 seconds, or until cooked through.
