Quest Nutrition Caramel and Thin Mint Protein Truffles

INGREDIENTS:
The Base Mixture:
20g old fashioned oats
2 scoops Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
4oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
For the Caramel Protein Truffles:
To the base mixture add –
¼ cup coconut flakes, and
2 tablespoons walden farms maple syrup.
For Thin Mint:
To the base mixture add –
1 tablespoon Sweet Spreads dark chocolate mint coconutter,
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder,
Mint extract, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Roll into balls and freeze
2. Coat with sugar-free milk chocolate.
3. For the Caramel Protein Truffles’ coating, combine coconut flakes and Walden Farms caramel syrup.
