Apple Cinnamon Cobbler

Ingredients:

Crust

 ½ bar Quest® Cinnamon Roll Beyond Cereal Bar

 

Filling

1 scoops Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

½ cup large apple, diced

3 tablespoons water

1 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Topping

½ bar Quest® Cinnamon Roll Beyond Cereal Bar

 

Method:

Assembly

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Take diced apples and place in a small saucepan. Cook down for 3 minutes. Remove and place in a small bowl.
  • Add Quest™ protein, cinnamon, zero-calorie sweetener and water. Stir.
  • Take half of unwrapped Quest™ Cereal bar, and microwave for 15 seconds. Crumble into apple mixture.
  • Coat two ramekins with cooking spray. Divide apple mixture between both ramekins.
  • Take rest of unwrapped Quest™ Cereal bar, and microwave for 15 seconds. Crumble over both ramekins.
  • Bake for 3 to 4 minutes
