Coconut Chocolate Caramel Dip

1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar®
Dip
1 Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar®
¾ scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon zero-calorie sweetener
1 ½ tablespoons low fat shredded coconut
1 tablespoon calorie-free caramel sauce
Topping
1 tablespoon flaked coconut
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tablespoon calorie-free caramel sauce
Method:
Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unwrap all four Quest Bars®.
Take one Coconut Cashew Quest Bar® and one Double Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar® and microwave for 10 seconds.
Roll each one until flat. Cut into chip-sized triangles.
Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cool.
Dip
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, break up the remaining two Quest Bars® into small pieces. Add the almond milk and sweetener and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
Stir in the coconut and caramel. Pour into a medium ramekin.
Topping
Sprinkle the top with flaked coconut. Place in oven for 6-8 minutes or until the coconut is nicely toasted.
In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and caramel in 15 second increments until melted. Stir well.
Drizzle over the top of the dip.
Serve with chips.
