There are all kinds of foods that come on sticks. Hot dogs…corn dogs…uhhh, kebab…okay, maybe only a few foods. But nowhere do you see people putting brownies on a stick, much less an edible one! That’s what we did for you. These soft & chewy brownies are the perfect holiday dessert for any gathering. The most fun is bringing them to a party and watching how fast they disappear. It’s a season of giving, after all.

Ingredients
CHRISTMAS TREE BROWNIES
- 2 Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Protein Bars
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted
- 1 egg, large
- 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
ICING
- 1 tbsp cocoa butter
- 1 tbsp coconut butter, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- 1 packet stevia
- 3 gluten free pretzel sticks cut in half
- Sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 6×6 inch pan with parchment paper both ways for easy removal.
- Break the protein bars in to pieces and place them on a microwave safe plate. Microwave pieces on high for 20 seconds. Remove pieces from microwave and let them completely cool.
- Place the cooled pieces into a food processor or NutriBullet and blend until fine crumbles form. Transfer to a mixing bowl
- Add the cocoa powder, protein powder, sweetener and salt and stir until combined. Add in the egg, melted chocolate, milk and vanilla and mix until a batter forms.
- Transfer to the prepared 6×6 inch pan and bake for 8-12 minutes. Let cool.
- Cut the cooled brownies into six triangles, insert pretzel sticks.
- Prepare your icing by melting the cocoa butter and coconut butter together in a microwave safe bowl until smooth.
- Add in the protein powder and stevia. Transfer to a piping bag and decorate the trees. Finish with sprinkles if desired.
- Eat your new dessert.
