Ingredients
RANCH TURKEY MEATBALLS
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 bags Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, large
- 1/4 tsp parsley (more for garnish if desired)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Method
- In a large bowl, use your hands to mix together all of the ingredients.
- When ingredients look evenly distributed, separate the mixture into 16 evenly sized balls (about 1 and 1/2 inches in diameter).
- Bake the meatballs in an airfryer at 380 degrees F for 10 minutes (ensure internal temperature is above 165 degrees F)
- Serve with ranch dressing.
