  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 packs Quest Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Place the butter and peanut butter into a small pot over low/medium heat and stir until melted.
  2. Add in the powdered zero calorie sweetener, protein powder and salt. Stir until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 9×4 inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top with half of the chopped peanut butter cups. Chill until solid.
  5. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth. Pour the chocolate over the solid peanut butter layer. Top with remaining peanut butter cups.
  6. Chill until chocolate is solid.
  7. Cut into 14 pieces and thank us later 😉
