Make any time of day special with these amazing #CheatClean scones! This week’s Fan Recipe from @fitsussie packs 10g protein per serving to make this a healthy dream come true!
½ cup of almond flour
2 tbsp of stevia
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of lemon juice
4 tablespoons liquid egg whites
1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix almond flour, Quest Nutrition protein powder, stevia, salt, baking soda, lemon juice, & egg whites. Mix all ingredients well. Fold in blueberries.
2. Transfer dough to a floured surface & mould into a circle as thick as you want it! Cut across so you get 4 right angle triangles.
3. Transfer to a lined baking sheet & sprinkle with sea salt & stevia. Bake for about 8 min or until they begin to brown on top.
4. Don’t over-bake or they will be dry! They are delicious!
