James Hobart started working with strength and conditioning coaches back in 2005 while training for high school and club sports. Seeing the benefits that training had in all aspects of life, James started training others part-time. After finding CrossFit in 2007, James worked part-time at CrossFit Great Barrington before moving to Boston in 2008 to coach at CrossFit Boston. Since then, James has worked and learned from some of the most prominent coaches in CrossFit and hopes to share that knowledge with athletes from all walks of life.
