A healthy, decadent recipe from Kim (Instagram) for Quest White Chocolate Raspberry Tart.
- 1 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar
- 2 TBSP plain greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP vanilla whey protein
- 12-15 chocolate flavored stevia drops
- Handful of raspberries
Preheat the oven to 350F. Then take your Quest Bar and flatten it out as much as you can. Push the flat Quest Bar into a small ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Then bake it at 350F for 10 minutes. Let it cool for three minutes and pop it out easily with a butter knife. Make the mousse by mixing the Greek yogurt, whey protein, and stevia. Place the mousse inside your baked quest bar crust. Then add some fresh raspberries on top! Enjoy your sweet treat 🙂
