PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
- 1 Scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 4 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
TOPPINGS
- 1 Slice chopped bacon
- 1/4 chopped banana
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 325° F
- Unwrap Peanut Butter Supreme Quest Bar and microwave for 11 seconds
- remove from microwave and cut bar in half
- chase each half into circles and place in the oven for 5 minutes
- While cookies are baking, whip together frosting ingredients
- Remove cookies from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
- Once cooled, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter frosting
- Top each cookie with bacon, banana and chocolate chips
- Eat until you’re full
