1 scoop Quest® Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder

½ tsp baking powder

3 eggs

2 slices of bacon

⅓ cup water


  1. Heat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Quest Protein Powder®, baking powder, water, and 1 egg.
  3. Coat waffle iron with cooking spray.
  4. Add a waffle batter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Cook bacon on skillet to desired crispiness.
  6. Cook egg to desired preference.
  7. Cut waffle in half and add evenly divide bacon and  remaining eggs into each waffle sandwich.
