Aloha Sunrise Protein Cake Bars


These White Chocolate Macadamia Raspberry Cake Bars are high in protein, fruit and of course vegetables. A neigh cheese-cakeish compote but without any heavy cheese ingredients. You will get a lite yet flavorful fruity punch combined with a cookie crunch in every bite of this protein treat. This is surely a post workout delectable or can be enjoyed at any part of the day.

Spoiler Alert!: A spoon and a fork may both be required.

Prep Time: 35 minutes

Bake Time: 3-4 minutes

Cookie Crunch Layer:
2 servings of White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bars
2 tbsp of Organic Raspberry Fruit Spread
1/4 cup of Raw Organic Macadamia Nuts (Crushed)
1/3 cup of Fresh Organic Raspberries

Creamy Cake Layer:
1 scp of Plant-Based Protein (Natural)
1 scp of Organic Brown Rice Protein (Vanilla)
1 cup of Unsweetened Organic Cashew Milk (Vanilla)
1 tbsp of Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp of Gluten-Free Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp of Organic Grounded Vanilla Bean
1/2 tsp of Organic Grounded Cinnamon
2 tsp of Fresh Squeeze Organic Lemon Juice
3/4 cup of Raw Organic Yellow Squash (Chopped)
1/2 cup of Frozen Organic Bananas

1/4 cup of Raw Organic Macadamia Nuts (Crushed)
1/3 cup of Fresh Organic Raspberries

1. Cookie Crunch Layer: Roll out white chocolate raspberry quest bars with rolling pin and roll into square. Microwave for 30sec if needed. Next, place flatten quest bars into a 9x9in square pan and bake 3-4min or until lite-brown. Let cool and then add a thin layer of raspberry fruit spread on top. Set aside.

2. Creamy Cake Layer: Combine all ingredients under cake layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Next, pour cake layer into 9x9in pan with quest bar layer at the bottom and apply evenly.

3. Toppings: sprinkle crushed macadamia nuts and then raspberries and store in freezer to set overnight.

4. Finally, take out pan, thaw, then cut into bars and dig in with fork or spoon if needed.
