Ingredients

CHOCOLATE POMEGRANATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK

  • 6 oz sugar free chocolate bar, chopped
  • 1 package Quest Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp sprinkles

Method

  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a small pot of simmering water.
  2. Stir the chocolate until it’s smooth and remove from the heat.
  3. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the chocolate in an even layer.
  4. Top with Quest Peanut Butter Cups pieces — you can cut or break these up as you see fit.
  5. Add in the pomegranate seeds and sprinkles.
  6. Chill until solid — cut or break into 10 squares when ready to serve
  7. Enjoy!
