This timeless Summer dessert will have your taste buds screaming “BOOM!” after every delicious bite. Host Cassey Ho and special guest Kevin Curry of Fit Men Cook show you how to make #CheatClean Peach Cobbler that is the perfect ending to any summertime meal. Oh, and it’s #FitMenCook approved!
- 1 Quest Bar Vanilla Almond Crunch rolled flat
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon dry oats
- 1 teaspoon baking stevia
- ¼ teaspoon butter extract (optional)
- 2 medium peaches, chopped
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon granulated stevia
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- Pinch stevia
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Quest Bar on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes or until slightly browned and crisped. Remove from oven and cool. Reset oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, stir together the peaches, protein powder, stevia and cinnamon. Place in a greased baking dish. Take the Quest Bar and pulse in a mini blender with coconut oil, butter extract and sweetener. Stir in dry oats. Sprinkle on top of the peaches. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and top with Greek yogurt stirred with stevia.
